报告题目一：D-optimal design for mixture models upon the region subject to overflow effective inequality constraints

内容简介：Mixture experimental design can be the most powerful tool in the process of finding the best herbal medicine formula. Different ingredients of the formula have different percentages of effective constituent. This phenomenon makes the constraint hard to express. In this paper, we use overflow effective inequalities to model this kind of constraint mathematically, then we propose a theorem to make the constraint operable with classical method. A random search algorithm will be proposed to accelerate the process of finding the D-optimal design. The algorithm is based on similarity compression with random points, which is gotten by Monte Carlo method. At last, we use an example to illustrate the method and verify its effectiveness.

报告题目三：带终止事件的复发事件数据的一类Box-Cox变换模型

报告人简介：朱珺，中国科学院概率论与数理统计博士。主要研究方向：数理统计及其应用、复发事件和纵向数据的统计推断、生物统计。

内容简介：复发事件数据是现代统计学特别是生存分析领域中经常遇到的复杂数据，本文对带终止事件的复发事件数据研究了一类Box-Cox变换模型，比例均值模型和优势比模型为其特例。其中对复发事件计数过程的条件均值函数和基准均值函数都进行Box-Cox变换，对终止事件时间考虑了比例风险模型。我们利用逆概率生存加权的思想，通过偏得分函数构建估计方程来估计模型参数，并且建立了所得估计量的渐进性质。最后通过数值模拟评估了所提出估计量的有限样本性质并将该方法应用于一组慢性心脏衰竭疾病数据。
